We’re Hiring! Taxi Dispatch Operators (UK Market)

Meta Fusion Tech is growing fast! We partner with UK-based taxi companies to provide professional dispatch, call handling, and digital support services.

We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Taxi Dispatch Operators (UK Market) in our Lahore office.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound calls and manage bookings for UK clients

Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth and timely service

Provide excellent customer support with a professional attitude

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess the following qualities:

Goal-oriented, determined, and driven to achieve results.

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (experience with UK clients will be preferred).

Excellent communication and customer service skills, preferably with a neutral or British accent.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights.

Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts.

Excellent time management and punctuality.

Ability to perform well under pressure.

Self-motivated and capable of working on their own initiative.

Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

Consistently deliver and maintain excellent call-handling standards.
